Thank you for choosing Infinity Sauna. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Both defective and non-defective products are eligible
- Items must be new, unused, and in original condition
- Return requests must be submitted within 45 days of delivery
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Return Method & Shipping
- All returns must be completed by mail
- A prepaid return label is provided with all orders
- Customers must follow the return instructions included with their package or provided by our support team
3. Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns.
This fee will be deducted from the product refund amount.
Defective or incorrect items are not subject to restocking fees.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue promptly. Solutions may include:
- Replacement parts
- Product replacement
- Exchange for the correct item

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Non-defective items outside the return conditions
- Custom-built or made-to-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Replacement parts
- Sauna wood materials
- Items that have been installed, modified, or used
