Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Costs

  • A flat-rate freight shipping fee of $350 applies to all orders.
  • Shipping is fulfilled via  (Freight Delivery).

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Shipping Time: In-stock items generally ship within 3–5 business days. Transit times may vary based on destination and freight scheduling.
  • Delivery Method: All sauna orders are delivered via freight curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 6 business days, please contact us at support@infinitysaunas.com.

Receiving & Inspecting Your Order

  • Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@infinitysaunas.com.
  • We will assist with claims and provide resolution in accordance with freight carrier policies.
